Hi Stan,
I simply tried to open MaxBulkMailer.
May be there is another observation which may help you to locate the problem:
When I am in the office I normally work with files stored on our server. At home I use locally stored files. When I start MaxBulkMailer at home, the program tells me that it is unable to connect to the server if there are any server files in the "Benutzte Dokumente" (Recent Files) menu. Therefore I normally delete this menu before leaving the office. If I forget this, I open a VPN connection and then delete the menu as soon as MaxBulkMailer is open.
I also avoid to open the statistics window when I am at home, because it also will ask for the server connection and will make problems if the connection cannot be established. Sometimes MaxBulkMailer even crashes.
There should be a routine to avoid that.
