Loss of formatting

I am using MaxBulk Pro 8.5.5.
I find that all carriage returns are lost between my Message (styled text) and Preview and hence the transmitted email.
Any suggestions would be gratefully received.

Have you pasted your text from another application? Have you tried inserting the line breaks again?
