License key not working

I have a license key for MBM purchased many years ago (2005!) and upgraded a time or two since. Wanting to get back into using it so bought the update plan and dowloaded the latest version and the entered the aforementioned license key and got a message that the key was invalid. Requested and received the serial by email and copied and pasted it and got the same response. What am I missing here?

Interestingly, I went back through my emails and found a "MaxBulk Mailer Delivery Report" from the last time I used the software in 2018 and it shows I was using 8.6.1 and it was registered. So I downloaded 8.6.1 and tried the license key and it still didn't work.

You can check your license here. That page will tell you what version is your serial for. Then you can download the corresponding version here.
