What's new:
New - It is now possible to flag/unflag transactions from any list. That allows fast transaction marking for future queries or multiple edits.
New - The File Manager now allows to set a default document that will be directly opened at startup instead of just showing the File Manager.
New - The Account Statement report now displays the scheduled transactions for the selected period (this option can be disabled from the preferences).
New - It is now possible to set an Overdraw/Credit limit to Bank, Asset an Liability accounts and activate a warning when reaching a given percentage.
New - It is now possible to change the transaction and account icons using any of the 5 different included sets.

Chg - Portfolio accounts are now identified with a purple icon and Equity/Startup accounts with a yellow icon.
