How to Install MLM on siteground hosting/ftp

Hi, I am trying to set up mlm with our hosting service siteground. I have (believe) input all info correctly, but an error pops up on mlm installation window saying that an authentication error occured and the account credentials has been rejected. A screengrab of the error is attached to this message.

Has anyone had experience setting up mlm with siteground?
