How does it work?

V interested in eMail Bounce Handler, but in simple terms, pls explain... I assume you paste in a bunch of email addresses, the script runs off and checks to see if it will bounce if sent to?

If so, what does it check? I've got a database of 1 million people, and i KNOW 90% will bounce if i sent an email to them!
