hanging (very quickly)

Just trying it on 29 email addresses.

Tried it with both version 3.7 and also the debug version someone else used:

eMailVerifier_debug_2.zip

What is causing it to hang so easily?

Are there any other versions around?

I have latest OSX Sierra.

Is there a log I can check to see why it is stalling?

I have tried both Mac and Windows programs and getting same issue.

First of all, can you test a single address successfully? Are you sure port 25 is not blocked by your ISP?

Ah yes! port 25 is not accessible.

I use 587 when I send emails.

Does eMail Verifier need to use port 25 exclusively?

Email relays only work on port 25, only client servers allow alternative ports. With port 25 blocked you can't use eMail Verifier. Note that there ISPs that will unblock port 25 on request.

OK thanks I have it working now.

Just a quick follow up. I see that @gmail.com is not in the rule list. Is there any reason for this? I mean is it possible to actually validate gmail email addresses individually ?
