Getting started: How to create a transaction

I am starting to use iCash SE. It looks very nice, but how to create a transaction e.g. buying clothes etc.?

Where in the top menu does it show how to create an expenditure?

Adding a transaction is explained here. Origin and target account fields can't be empty and can't be the same.
