"fi" not allowed + "ff" not allowed when extracting email

Hello,
As I extract an email that contains "fi" or "ff",
error says:
"'fi' not allowed - Address domain part contains forbidden characters."
"ff' not allowed - Address name part contains forbidden characters

As I create new Rules to make anything contains "fi" or "ff" valid,
it still falls into "bad addresses".

Any suggestions?

It is not really 'fi' and 'ff' made of two letters but the equivalent one letter typographic ligature. You have to remove that in the text, those are completely unsupported. Maybe you could simply open the original text file with a text editor and change the font to a proportional ones.
