Error message after uploading the list to MLM

I tried to upload the email adresses to MLM and got an error message.

What version of MLM are you using? The MLM version is inside the lm.php file.

I'm using 3.1.9, I can upload changes to my lists but I get the error message and in order to see my lists again I have to close and open the program.

The current MLM version is 3.2.0 and best if you use MaxBulk Mailer 8.7.2 since many corrections have been added related to MLM.

How do I update mlm properly from 3.1.9 to 3.2.0?
