Error 404 not found

Hello,
I am just starting with MBM and checking everything works like i need to.
I am facing however a pb, i would like to send emails in a page Web format. Unfortunately i get this message,
Erreur 404 : Not found. The page is calling a file that is in the folder but seems to reject it :

http://www........ItelE7.CSS

what do you think could be the problem please ?
