eMail Verifier Not Working

Hi, I've just purchased this and uploaded a list to be verified. It keeps showing statuses of timeout, retry, and unable to test. I don't see that the "progress" status is progressing either. Looks like it's just stuck. I've started this process over a few times with the same result Please advise.

FYI the list size is only 11,050

Try to verify one single address, if possible not your address and not a Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail etc address... then paste here what you get in the eMail Verifier Console panel.
