Email verifier Does not work

Hello. I purchased the Email verifier as part . of Ultimate e-mail Toolkit (PC/MAC)
MaxBulk Mailer Pro + eMail Extractor + eMail Verifier + eMail Bounce Handler.

I noticed the software hangs inn between verification and also does not complete the list. Even list of 100 it cant complete in full. I am using Mac OS High Sierrra 10.13.1 .

Please let me know what needs to be done to fix this issue ?
