I also has the same problem and below is the log.
If the problem is fixed, I would purchase it because this function is useful for me.
The error is "Status: 102 Connection dropped. - Stage: 03"

"Status: 102 Connection dropped. - Stage: 03" is not always an error, some servers drop the connections after a QUIT that way.

Do you mean that the mail server cannot use with the bounce handler software?
There are over thoudsand of email, but it keep quit in reading first message.

I didn't say that, I said "Status: 102 Connection dropped. - Stage: 03" is not always an error, some servers drop the connections after a QUIT that way. That means that in 99% of cases you will see this message as part of the processing.

if the mail server use 995 instead of 993 for connection.
Is there any way to manually set the port?

Yes, you can add the port to the server address this way:

Each time the RETR command is issued your server directly drop the connection. You can see that again and again in the connection log. RETR means RETRIEVE and is the POP command to fetch an email, the parameter is the email number. RETR 1 means RETRIEVE mail number 1. The normal response or the RETR command is the message contents, not a connection drop.

Outlook/Thunderbird is able to get the email successfully via the same server.

Below is the log from mail server using bounce program.

I've already tried another mail server.
No problem without TLS.
But this mail server must use TLS.

In the Settings panel, 'Check Mailbox Every xxxxx Minutes'. What is your selection? Have you tried to change it?

Well, I can't do nothing on Gmail servers. Gmail is not suited to bulk emailing and Google will make everything to make it work as badly as possible. My advice, run away from Gmail!

I use workaround: Thunderbird -> Save selected messages: as txt format -> Email Extractor.

This did the job also
