Download fails to get more than home page

New Member
Running 3.4 WD us and Sierra 10-12-5 MacOs. When I go to dump I only get the home page and the graphic set to it with nothing deeper. Settings are factory and set for Site download

What extra do I need to do> I need the entire site. There is no flash or tricky stuff

I have the same problem. I have WD 3.4 and configed to dump the entire hierarchy from the initial URL down. After the initial page, WD stops with "Error 336031996" ?!? Of course there is no documentation for such messages so can anyone enlighten me?
