Download does not work

I have tried to download the app several times and the dmg comes through with zero bytes. When I try to open it, I get this message: The following disk images could not be opened. Image not recognized.

Try to empty your browser cache. In Safari it is the 'Develop > Empty Caches' menu. It is better explained here.
