Click-through tracking links not being forwarded

MLM 3.1.7
Not altered lm_settings.php at all
Inbox tracking working fine

Click-through links being sent via my server, but don't get forwarded, just go to:

/

i.e. home page directory

But like I say inbox tracking is working so all it seems going wrong is the actual URL forwarding part.

I read a few threads about this and you mentioned it was PHP setting but couldn't find exactly what I should be checking???

If I turn on debug in lm_settings where should I then look for the debug output?

I've turned debugging on in lm_prefs.php

Where is the debug output written to?

I have talked to the web host and all they said was

"There are no PHP logs in cPanel", and
"We are not familiar with MLM, try to look at their support or the forums."

So hopefully the debug stuff MLM writes out is somewhere accessible

The debug data is directly written to your web browser page along with MLM stuff.

Anyway there almost 100% chances it is a problem with the PHP configuration on your server but to maje sure can you paste here one of those MLM URL that doesn't get forwarded?

Written to which web browser page? What URL do I have to access to see the debug info?

When you connect to MLM with your browser the debug data is displayed along with MLM data. You will see errors if any, notifications and warnings. Notifications and warning are irrelevant.
