One question, when looking at the stats and there's a drop down for a unique recipient like you see for Jefferson Blues Magazine, what does that represent? Multiple opens? Multiple attempts for delivery?

Multiple opens.

Additional question, we have multiple users in this office using MaxBulk, does each user need to setup their unique database to track their own email specifics?

That would be better yes since MaxBulk Mailer was not designed for workgroups. You can run into problems when the same delivery ID is used. A solution would be to have very different starting number 1/1001/10001...etc... so they can never conflict. There is a plan to give the possibility to use a header... A.B.C...etc... but that feature has not been developed yet.

Makes sense. I found where you can setup the Delivery #. Question, is it as easy as creating another delivery id (e.g., admin2) and another dB called mlmdatabase2?

Using a different kind of delivery ID would add that ID to MLM. That would not create any new database.
