Can I use the recipients list as a working file/ongoing database and not just for send or not send? Nevermind

I want to import my 5,000 customer emails and deselect them all.

Was able to find the info I needed.

Importing recipients is explained here:

To uncheck all checkboxes just do a select all and then uncheck one of the checkboxes.
