Download the bounce with your email software and set the software to display all the headers. This is to check if the MLM information is present in the bounce.
OK Stan, I will do that for the next emailing. Because for the last one, it's to late, the bounce are cancelled on the server by EBH.

The headers have lost the bounce tracking info :-/ You can see that information in the headers of the message that is added to the bounce but not on the bounce itself. Are all your bounces formatted that way?
