Bounces in statistics tool

When I go to http://www.mydomain.com/infolettre/lm/lm.php with my browser I get a page not found error.

No need to upload lists to gets statistics.

Stan, this is normal that you got "not found" because I used "mydomain.com" in place of the actual domain (mktg-services.com) !!!

"mydomain.com" is an existing and valid domain. "mydomain.com" is actually a web hosting company.

About your problem, are you using mySQL for MLM to save the statistics?

Download the bounce with your email software and set the software to display all the headers. This is to check if the MLM information is present in the bounce.

The headers have lost the bounce tracking info :-/ You can see that information in the headers of the message that is added to the bounce but not on the bounce itself. Are all your bounces formatted that way?

It is the needed info on the wrong place. That info is supposed to be in the bounce headers.
