Autentication in exchange

Hi!
I'm trying to autenticate in a exchange acount. The password must be in the NTLM format.
How can I do it, please?

NTLM is an undocumented and proprietary authentication system. Only Microsoft uses it. Our software only supports standard and documented authentication systems like ESMTP, MD5...etc...

Exchange server supports ESMTP (Plain and Login) and CRAM-MD5, just activate them.

I only rent a exchange acount, so I'm not able to change configurations in the exchange server, because I have not access; but I wil reclaim it to my provider and will see...

Yes, you should ask, there are no reasons to not provide an alternative for authentication.
