MaxBulk permite enviar su correo en diferido. Una vez su correo listo para ser enviado, basta con utilizar el menú 'Envío diferido...', y fijar la fecha y hora de envío. El envío diferido puede ser muy interesante si desea enviar el correo en un momento en el cual el tráfico por la red es menor con el consiguiente incremento de velocidad y para evitar colapsar su red interna durante el proceso. Tenga en cuenta sin embargo que MaxBulk Mailer debe permanecer abierto así como el documento diferido y debe de tener una conexión a Internet para la hora programada. Cuando pulse el botón 'Enviar' o 'Ok' de la pantalla de envío diferido puede que le aparezca una alerta sobre la existencia de líneas de más de 72 caracteres dentro del mensaje. Se trata del 'Philips Bar' visto anteriormente. Puede elegir cancelar el envío y rectificar o ignorar la alerta y seguir adelante.
