I have put together a pretty clean html email but sofar I could only manage it to reach out to GMAIL clients and all of the hotmail and yahoo clients are going straight to junk mail. I have 25000 emails and ISP is pretty good in handling that. Does anyone know if this is just how 7.7 is? Is there a work around?

Yahoo and Hotmail takes the email into spam folder

It comes from your message or your list. Your message because it can be seen as spam by the relaying server. Your list because it may cause too many errors on a given service or the service can flagged the message as spam because it is receiving to many copies of it. I recommend you to read the following pages:
