Wrong Names for FirstName Tags!

Hi there

I am having problems with first name tags. I am sending out a mass email to 2500 people and I have noticed that a rare amount of people are getting the wrong name tag sent to them! I checked the address book of the original source and the correct information is there, so why is MaxBulk choosing wrong names? Please help!

Hi,

Have you also checked the data in the MaxBulk Mailer recipients list?

Maybe there has been some sort of mixup when you imported them.

I checked that and the correct names are there. Still doing the same problem...
