Win 10 Compatibility

Just purchased MaxBulk Mailer Pro and installed.
Ran first time following prompt from Installer.
Now won't run.
I get Windows Message;
This app can't run on your PC
To find a version for your PC check with the software publisher.
I've tried setting compatibility back through Win 7 and Vista, but still no good.
Any advice please?

Subsequent;
I've fixed it.
The shortcuts created by the installer were pointing to the wrong .exe file.
They were pointing to a non maxprog program
All fine now.
 
The shortcuts the installer placed on the Desktop and on the Start Menu. Both pointed to irrelevant files within the root of C: I just 'created a shortcut on the Desktop' and browsed through to the .exe file "C:\Program Files (x86)\MaxBulk Mailer"
 
Thanks, I will check the installer then. We made a few changes and maybe we forgot to adjust some parameters.
 
I'm new to your app - only bought it yesterday, so still muddling through, but I am really impressed with the way you have dealt with my contact. It's nice to get prompt service and feedback. Thanks guys. I wish you well.
