Which is better for you App store or direct

Hi, I think I'm ready to buy, and wondered which avenue of purchase is better for you the developer?

I am aware that apple takes a 30% cut leaving you with only 70%.
I assume that you retain a higher percentage if I buy direct, but I wanted to confirm first.

Also If I remember right, buying direct gives me the ability to run on either Mac or windows, so I'm not tied to OSX forever if I choose to move, is that still the case?

I also have to say, I've been fairly impressed with the demo, it feels like you guys have thought of lots of things - I love the fix case on import, the detailed reports sent by email, and I LOVE the idea of the added functionality MLM brings.

Yes, you are right for everything. We get more money, you will be able to use the software on both Mac and Windows with the same serial, you actually gets an activation serial sent by email you can keep and upgrades are released faster.
