What is my MLM URL

I installed MLM, then went to bulk mailer and preferences to comlete the mlm installation like the manual picture, but the field MLM URL is empty. I do not know where or how to find my MLM URL, could someone help me out? Many thanks

You have to enter the lm.php file url on your server. It is where you told MaxBulk Mailer MLM installer to copy the file.

I went through the installation automated and it came successful, but the preference pane says the url is:
/maxbulk/lm/lm.php
and obviously it does not work.
I tried adding my domain prior to above and it doesn work. I am with network solutions in a shared hosting package. I have created a mysql database.
Can you help?

MLM installation consist in copying a folder from your computer hard drive to your server hard drive. When you do that installation you are asked to select the target folder in that server hard drive. Usually you should know where you are copying that folder and should be able to guess the URL that points to it, right?

Can anyone redirect me to a manual where is showed what link to put in my mail so receivers can unsubscribe? I put in my MLM URL but when I unsibscirbe I get the message that my address is not in list one (I created a list1 on my server)

You just have to use the [Unsubscribe] tag in your message.
