Hi,

I have 7.6 and did a 575 mailing but it crashed at what it said 559/575.

Below are what I have read in the logs files..

Just need to know if they were all (575) were sent.

I am already recieving reciept respones and so far 185 have come.

Thanks

rock

I have looked in the Deliveries by recipient folder and 574 addresses are listed there. Does this mean they were all sent?

Deliveries log has this listed as the last entry...

[NEWS] Starlite Records - Lonnie Lee Winter 2010 Newsletter [FF] 174 2010-06-08 10:31:20 575 1 0 2 2 Starlite Newsletter [email protected] APHRcwEAAgAAAAAAAQAAAAA6SzpcTXkgTWFpbGluZyBNYXggQnVsa1wyMDEwIEp1bmVcZmFuc1wyMDEwLWZhbnMtSnVuZS0xLm1ibQMAAAAAAQAEAAAAAAEAAAAAAAAA

Crash Guard/Log 174 shows 577 email addresses listed.

Connection Logs/Delivery #175's last entries were this..

Usually you just need to open back your document and follow Crashguard indications. The other solution is to do this.

Thanks, I will look at that.

I just sent a new email list out and it crashed again.

Crashguard log shows 78 addresses of 230 which were in the list and Deliveries By recipient shows 76 emails addresses.

On the previous crash, I did choose to reinstall the Crashguard list when I reopened it, however none of the list showed as being sent and it was going to resend the whole 575 list again.

When this Crashguard option is taken should not the list show what ones were actually sent?

Thanks,

oz

Okay, I get it now!

For others who may be as thick as me..

1. I reopened the list..
2. chose the panel option to 'not' send it then
3. Go to the Connection log for that mailing
4. Drag the file to the List
5. As it opened. it reset the emails which 'were' mailed and showed them as'sent'.
6. Now I could see waht was and wasn't sent.
7. Hit Send button and the rest were sent.

Good job now Stan. I was remembering what it was like many versions ago and I was scared it would resend all the emails not just the ones which were not sent before the crash.

Thanks,

oz :)
