what are the demo limitations?

I'm comparing Max Bulk Mailer to several others before I buy; so far, I am able to get most of the emails into my own gmail, hotmail and domain in boxes.

I want to test mail to some clients; what are the limitations regarding number I can send at a time?

One other quick question, if you don't mind.

I entered the x-mailer: id for Outlook 2010, as shown below but the header for MBM keeps showing up, also. I just thought a regular Windows header may help deliverability; does it matter much, or should I just leave your default setting alone?
