Weekly Sequential Emails

I'm starting a subscription service and weekly emails are going out to people. The people are subscribing each week and starting at email 1 and going sequentially. Is there a way to make it easy to keep track of these emails and automate them? I think it's called an autoresponder.

I am musing mailing list manager, and I have been using MaxBulk mailer for years.

Just trying to find a way to make this more automatic once I sign the people up.

Indeed it is called an autoresponder. Usually it is a script running on your server. You should search the internet for such script. MaxBulk Mailer is not suited for that.
