Is there a possibility to have multiple msg_subscribe, _confirmation and _unsubscribe.txt?
I would like to set up MLM to serve different mailing-lists which have a short summary of what to expect to come… This will vary of course and I simply don't want to set-up various instances of MLM on my server…

Yes you can but you will have to modify the code. MLM is made of text files containing PHP code.
