How do I use MaxBulkMailer with pre-designed stationary for Mail on the Mac such as the Equinux stationary pack or their Mail Designer software?

I've already got a bunch of purchased templates from equinux - i'ts just that I don't seem to be able to get them to work - how do I get the template into the text window in MaxBulkMailer?
