Using Mac Adress Book

Is there a way to have my contacts automatically updated from my address book on a mac?

From your address book to MaxBulk or from MaxBulk to your address book?

from address book to max bulk. basically our hope was that as the address book was edited it would be updated instantly. Or at least automatically once a day.

You have to do that manually from MaxBulk. Select previous list, press the import button and select 'From Address Book'. That will add new e-mails.
