I have been using the webpage format for the content of my email and keep getting complaints from folks who can't see any content. They are all either PC users or mobile device users. I then tried the HTML format using an image reference to a small tiff file and sent this to a problematic user. They still could not see the image. Just a blank email. Looking for help! Could there be something on the web hosting side preventing certain users from seeing remote webpages or images or is this just a security issue for the user? Is there an alternative format that would work better?
