URL not valid: Error #103

I've read all the previous posts on this topic and none seem to work.

I just upgraded to V8 and created a new mailing - with settings identical to older mailings - when I click on the "Preview" tab I get the Error message. In my old mailing (with exactly the same settings) I get no such message.

I'm stumped!

Can anybody help?
