Uploading Recipient list to MLM on Server

I have a list called "list01"

I also have MLM correctly installed on my server. No remote list exists on the server

I then upload "list01" to the remote server as "list01_remote"

"list01" has a total of 1,416 emails with 651 of them activated. After the upload of list01 is successful I select remote lists in MaxBulk Mailer and select the remote list "list01_remote" (which should be a duplicate of "list01") but in fact the remote list, "list01_remote", only contains 305 emails as displayed in MaxBulk Mailer.

What's going on? Why are numerous emails missing from the "list01_remote" even though they are clearly displayed correctly from the local list, "list01".?

To add to that all activated emails are subscribed emails, all unactivated emails are unsubscribed emails in "list01"

I'm using 10.9 Mavericks, 8.4.4 Max Bulk

My server is working accordingly. I get all green check marks and verify that the structure and permissions are correct on the server.

Each and every time I try and delete the remote list I created and re-upload I get varying degrees of different emails that are never a 1 for 1.

As 1 should expect If I have a list with a total of 1423 emails in the list and of those a specified amount are subscribed (for this reply we'll say 666 activated and subsequently subscribed all the others are unsubscribed and there are no duplicates) I should expect an exact copy of the said list on the server. So when I select remote lists in MBM, and check the list I just created remotely I get 1423 emails and of those 666 are subscribed and activated while the others are unsubscribed. I'm even uploading the emails in 250 increments separated by 5 seconds just to be sure.

And without question it never comes out the same. I'd just assume export the list from MBM to my desktop and ftp it into the directory on the server. Logic would tell me that would certainly be a 1 for 1.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

To say the true I have never heard of such weird behaviour. Usually the server would send an error if the upload were not successful. What MLM version are you using?

Current MLM version has been designed to work with PHP/mySQL from v3 to v5.

Are you uploading a list that already exists in MaxBulk Mailer or from an external file?

Have you tried to upload the list using the 'lm/html/upload_list.php' page on your server?
