Upgrade ... downgrade???

Some time ago I received a message, telling me that my upgrade plan had expired and, if I didn't pay for another, I wouldn't get any more upgrades. So far so good, it sure is okay to pay for an upgrade. But I'm completely satisfied with my MyBulk Mailer version 8.5 and so I decided not to get a new upgrade plan.

So imagine my surprise when I got a message today, that I can't use my app anymore! It was converted to demo mode and my only alternatives are to get that new upgrade plan or to downgrade to version 8.3.8! Please tell me that that's not true – and please restore my copy of the software I once paid for!!

By the way ... I have an email newsletter ready to be sent out, NOW! and I can't because the emails will have that "unregistered" message at the bottom. This procedure is absolutely out of the question!

I purchased the program a few years ago, I guess it was in 2010.

In the meantime I tried MBM 8.4.4 which I had kept as a backup but it didn't work. The content of the mail was gone and after rebuilding it was impossible to get a network connection.

But strangely today my MBM 5.1 did work as if there never had been a problem. No "unregistered" messages included in the mail and no warnings anymore. So maybe it was only a temporary error or did you change something with the licensing procedure? Anyway, if it stays that way, I'm happy and would like to apologize for my impatient message of yesterday.
