Updated to 6.0 and serial is deactivated

I opened MaxBulk up this morning and its now asking me for my activation key. How can i find this out/have it resent to me??

You can get it resent to you by using our serial recovery service on our support page.

I used the recovery service and got the code, but the software says that its not valid.

Are you trying the register the same version you purchased? What are the first 4 letters of your serial?
