Unsubscribe tag

I am using MacBulk Mailer Pro. I am trying to add an Unsubscribe link to my email. I have clicked the Unsubscribe tag available in the Edit menu but it does not show in the email I sent.

Have you installed MLM on your server? The [Unsubscribe] tag works with MLM. Installing MLM is explained here: How to install MLM on your server.

I appreciate this information and the explanation of why the built-in tag doesn't work. I think for my purposes MLM is overkill. Is there a way to create a tag that would send an email back to me from the original email recipient with 'Unsubscribe' in subject line?

You can use a mailto link. You can build the link here.

Example:

<a href="mailto:[email protected]?subject=Unsubscribe%20[E-mail Address]&body=Please%20remove%20[E-mail Address]%20from%20your%20list.">Click here to unsubscribe</a>

Where you have to replace [email='[email protected]]'[email protected][/email]' with your own address.
