Unsubscribe tag over HTML page

Hello, my mailing list messages are all html pages. I have a problem I can not solve: how can I insert the tag [unsubscribe] in the page?
Example: To unsubscribe "click here" .. and the system automatically deletes the user

I stand corrected:
I go to the page you enter is a WEB PAGE. In this way does not work the TAG.

Then I copied the source code, I entered the TAG UNSUBSCRIBE and it works. This method, however, I do not like.

There is another problem: the WEB page, embedded with the HTML source, there, at the top, a "click here if you do not read." If I click, does the redirect directly to the site. The problem is that this is no longer possible to make UNSUBSCRIBE.

How can I do? Sometimes email clients do not see the embedded pictures so users often use the "click here if you do not read."

Help!
:? :? :? :?

There is no other way than adding the [Unsubscribe ] tag. That tag works with all formats. All it does is creating the unsubscribe links adding the recipient address and the list name to the MLM address available in the MaxBulk Mailer preferences.

Yes, the problem is that I create a newsletter using a web page. If I put the link http://www.mysite/newsetter.com and then insert the TAG sending me error.
If I create a newsletter using HTML and entering the TAG, it works.

And this is the first problem.

The second is using the "HTML" that works, I still have a "click here if you do not see the email." This is a "href" that when clicked redirects the email directly on the website. And if the user wants to unsubscribe automaticamemente can no longer do so.

There are solutions to the two problems?

thanks

The tag has to be added to the contents, whatever they are. With the Web page format, that tag has to be inside the HTML code.

About your second question, I guess you have to create a copy of your message, upload it to your server and then add a link, am I right?

So I open the html page with dreamweaver, insert the tag [usubscribe], save the file, I upload, I open max bulk mailer, I create new mailing list as a web page, insert the link and it all works?

Yes, or just paste the HTML code to the MaxBulk Mailer message field and select the 'HTML Only' format.

Where you prefer at the end of your contents, anywhere between the <body> and </body> tags.
