Unsubscribe link coding

What is the proper code for unsubscribe footer link if I am using the remote email list name "list1" ?

I have the following code for the unsubscribe link:

lm.php?cmd=unsubscribe&list=list1&email=[E-mail Adress]

It is much better if you use the [Unsubscribe] tag. MaxBulk Mailer will then create the appropriate link for you.
