unsubscribe in different languages

The standard language I am using is German. My German clients get German language mails and when they unsubscribe, they get a confirmation in German.
But I have also mailinglists for English speaking clients, for French and for Spanish.
How can I make sure, that a French speaking recipient who wants to unsubscribe gets a confirmation in French language? How to make sure, that the English speaking recipients from the English list get an English unsubscribe confirmation??
Any idea or hint would be welcome.

All the MLM urls can support a 'lang' parameter to set the language. It is explained here.

thanks for the hint. However, I am not a php specialist and I do not see in the various commands, where I can change the lang parameter. Can you give me please some more hints?

For example you can add '&lang=de' to set the language to german.

here? and where please? Sorry, maybe I am studpid but I don't see a point where the language can be set:

lm.php?cmd=unsubscribe[&list=list1[;list2;...]]&email=email_addr[&pwd=password]

To any MLM command, just add it, that's all, it is just a parameter. The page I sent you the link of explain in details how parameters have to used.
