unsubscribe/enter automatically

Hello,

i have a question. Can I Maxbulk the addresses automatically add or unsubscribe.

I will , that the people klick on a link for unsubsribe and the email adress delet in bulkmailer .

I don´t want to enter or delet the new adress per hand.
