Hey there,
we have been using MaxBulk mailer for sometime and have recently encountered a strange error.
When someone goes to unsubscribe, they click the unsubscribe link in the email
They then receive a confirmation email from us stating that they've unsubscribed.
At this point, the transaction should be done
However, immediately after, they receive an email that confirms they have been subscribed to our lists.
immediately following that, they receive a message confirming their subscription
lastly, the cycle starts over with them receiving an unsubscribe request email
It seems to loop until I either manually delete their email from the database or remove the bulkmailer files from the webserver.
In all cases however, it seems that the system will still send out the unsubscribe emails the next time we run a marketing email.
So far I've tried reinstalling MaxBulk mailer entirely but this only lasted a month or two, and now it's back.
I'm really unsure of what to do at this point, I need to prevent this from happening as some users reported receiving almost 1000 emails from us within a day.
Any help? Thanks!
