Unsaved Changes - Where is the save button?

"You are about to send your message to 100 recipients but you haven't saved the last changes to your document yet.

It is recommended not to proceed with the delivery of an unsaved document or a document with unsaved changes."

I have saved all the changes where there is a save button but I do not see a 'save" button on the Message area. So what am I not saving and how do I prevent this drop down message from happening in the future?

I am seeking a refund for this product. It simply doesn't work as advertised and you can't get any assistance from the makers.

On Mac OS and Windows, a document is saved by using the 'File > Save' or the 'File > Save As' menu. It is the way it has been working for the last 20 years.
