Unhandled response

I have set up Max Bulkmailer to do 200 emails every hour over 1 connection and the message appears Unhandled response.
Has anyone experienced this and can you please advise how I can fix it?

This is the eMail Bounce Handler forum. You have to post your question to the appropriate forum, MaxBulk Mailer.

The new version of eMailHandler has a bug. There is an infinite loop, and the program will go on and on, non-responsive, you cannot save the file or do anything. Ultimately, it crashes. I lost all the data. I sent this message before but it seems that I got no solution. This needs to be fixed ASAP. The program will go on and on, consume system memory more and more.

I am not aware of such problem, please open a support ticket and attach or paste the eMail Bounce Handler log.
