Unable to Send Bulk Mail -- Too Many Login Attempts

I had a mailer going out yesterday and it stopped midway through. Could not reconnect with the server. And then the error message said too many login attempts, reset password. I checked with our mailer company and we have are not near our monthly email limit. Nothing else from the settings has changed so I don't know what is causing this error. Curious what to do next. Attached is a screenshot of the error message.

The error is sent by your server. MaxBulk Mailer just shows you a readable error. Your server send a 4.7.0 Too many login attempts. I believe it has to do wit ha session limit per hour or per day.
