Two suggestions

eMail Bounce Handler does not show progress when Dredging. It says "Idle..." even while Dredging a big folder full of emails. Confusing. Please add "Dredging folder..." or even "Dredging folder xx% complete".

Also, I found it on this forum, but your Users Manual should say that Dredging can only happen with folders "On My Mac."
