trouble getting lastname GET value written to database

Hello,

I'm having trouble getting the lastname field written to the database, using a web form. The submitted URL is:

http://www.nameofthesite.be/lm/lm.php?cmd=subscribe&list=tp+nieuwsbrief+Vlaanderen&[email protected]&firstname=test&lastname=test&op1=&opt2=8500&opt3=&opt4=yes&opt5=yes&opt6=&opt7=yes&lang=nl

All parameters are written correctly to the database, except lastname. The fld_lastname field remains blank.

I've tried adding a surname parameter - same issue.

I'm running MLM on another server where this kind of URL does work well.

Did I miss something?

Are you sure [email='[email protected]]'[email protected][/email]' is not already subscribed to 'tp nieuwsbrief Vlaanderen'?
