???Transaction failed: Expected ';', got "name" (Amazon SES)

Using AmazonSES SMTP service, I can send email with NO attachment, but the following error occurs if I add an attachment:
554 Transaction failed: Expected ';', got "name"
what does it mean??? What's wrong??
(please check the following send log, where I replaced real email addresses with xxxxx and yyyyy...)

You should contact the server support. The error comes from them.
